I understand that discussing sexual or relationship concerns can feel daunting. You have taken an important first step by reaching out. Here, you’ll find a relaxed, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what’s troubling you. As a qualified and COSRT-registered Sex and Relationship Therapist, I offer a supportive and non-shaming environment.
I also understand, from personal experience, how difficult it can be for both partners. But things can be turned around, and I would like to help you do this in your own life.
I have always been curious about relationships—how we learn about them and how our childhood, culture, religion, media, and even films shape and prepare us (or don’t) for them. Having been married and divorced, pushed people away due to maladaptive behaviours from childhood, and experienced heartbreak, I spent years and significant resources studying to find answers.
I now know that, contrary to popular belief, healthy relationships don’t just happen. I lacked the self-knowledge, emotional regulation, and communication skills necessary to build and sustain one.
Despite research showing that the quality of our lives depends on the quality of our relationships, we are rarely taught how to create and maintain them. Relationships and sex lives, like everything else, face challenges, but we often receive little preparation for these difficulties. Worse, they are often shrouded in shame and silence, making it hard to talk about them when they arise.
Without open conversations, many people resort to unhealthy coping strategies, damaging both themselves and their relationships, leaving them feeling alone and unhappy.
Today, I am in a wonderful, secure relationship, and I want to share my knowledge, skills, and lived experiences to help you achieve the relationships and sexual well-being you long for.
I’m here to support you in exploring your feelings, validating your experiences, and developing an individualised plan of action to help you move forward.
